INTEGRITY

We should behave in accordance of actions in good faith and fairness associated with intellectual honesty guided by Holy Spirit. To achieve this, we are required to observe all concerned guidelines all the times; Having the highest standards of scientific integrity as health practitioners and researchers.

ACCOUNTABILITY

HPGT’s members must take responsibility of one’s activities, settlement and their consequences. Through our Almighty God’s will, we should ensure that everyone take into consideration his/her neighbor for the world’s healthy return. Ensure that the human, financial ad material resources are used optimally for the benefit of HPGT.

INDIVIDUALISTIC AND EQUALITY

To behave oneself with the interests of HPGT only in view of the Representative and ensure that personal views do not compromise the interests of HPGT. This is being any intimate relationship with another HPGT staff member; take responsibility for the final decision concerning the involvement with HPGT.

HIGH REGARD

To respect the greatness, worth, equality, diversity and even the solitude of all persons. Every HPGT’s member should treat others with tact, courtesy, and respect; maintain a professional environment characterized by good working relations and an atmosphere of mutual respect.

PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT

To demonstrate a high level of professionalism and loyalty to the HPGT, its mandate and objectives. We are required r expected to deliver on the duties of our position in an ethical and professional manner; Uphold and promote the standards of our professional codes of conduct ad use our professional expertise constructively for the benefit of HPGT.
